Whilst the car was booked in for the end of warranty check and MOT, I rang a few days earlier to see if it could be serviced, too, as this would save me the trouble of 2 trips. This didn't happen.

I have every confidence in the team at Lloyd Colne, there was an upgrade for the ABS software which was fully explained to me and when I got my car back it had been valleted to an as delivered standard.
Excellent service. Only minor issue is when booking time slot for service (8.30-8.45), I had to wait until 9am before someone was available to book my car in and take the keys (only a minor issue).
Friendly timely service
I got a free for all check and MOT completely for free, even with my oil topped up.I left my car in the morning and collected it later fully checked and sparkling inside and out.
The only reason why it isn't excellent is that it took longer than I was told it would
Apart from the fact that I have travel a bit further to my local Mini Dealer (hence not a 10) every other part of my experience with having the car serviced etc. is spot on. The video is very informative.

Could have been completely satisfied if they had listened to my report that the tyre pressure sensor needed attention and ordered a new one. Because of this lack of planning my car was required for a further 24hrs so the said part could be ordered .

car was supposed to have had a wash and vac....I think whoever did it must have missed the car with the sponge and forget to out the vac anywhere near the carpet.was dirty.....but service ok

Staff are helpful and friendly - although the service wasn't actually a service where anything was done - just a check over of things - so I was disappointed not to get even an oil change when I had paid to extend my service pack

Ben, the salesman at Colne centre, was very efficient from start to finish. He was not pushy and very good at explaining the deal and all the paperwork.
